We aim to make the pet cremation process as simple and comforting as possible. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Choose a Cremation Package and Urn Option
Choose from our three cremation packages, depending on the size of your pet:
Mini (up to 3 kg) – For small pets such as rabbits, hamsters, and tiny dogs or cats.
Medium (up to 20 kg) – Ideal for most cats and small-to-medium-sized dogs.
Large (up to 50 kg) – For larger dogs and more robust pets.
After selecting the right package, you can decide if you’d like to upgrade to one of our beautiful wooden or brass urns.
Step 2: Schedule the Collection
Once you’ve chosen your package, contact us to arrange the collection of your pet. We offer our Home Collection Services in Sunshine Beach and our Premium Vet Clinic Service to meet you at your local vet.
We give you the time and space to say goodbye in the way that feels right to you and remain flexible to meet your specific needs.
Home Collection and Premium Vet Collection Service are additional services, and the cost is $120 for Sunshine Beach.
Step 3: Return of Ashes and Memorialisation
After the individual cremation, your pet’s ashes will be returned to you in the standard box or an upgraded urn of your choice. You will also receive a cremation certificate, along with a paw print, a lock of fur, and a name tag. Additionally, we offer a free memorial page on our website where you can share stories and photos to honour your pet’s life.
