At Mary Valley Pet Cremation, we provide individual cremation, ensuring that only your pet is in the cremation chamber, giving you peace of mind that entirely only their ashes will be returned to you.

Our pet cremation service includes a collection from your home or veterinary clinic. We return the ashes to you in a way that best suits your preferences, whether that’s in our basic cremation package with the exclusive Mary Valley Pet Cremation presentation box and scatter tube, or an upgraded pet cremation urn.

Our Pet Cremation Process
At Mary Valley Pet Cremation, we take pride in offering a simple, compassionate and respectful cremation and farewell process.

‍Step 1: Choose a Cremation Package and Delivery Option
‍We offer three different cremation packages depending on the size of your pet. Each package includes an individual cremation, a standard box, and the return of your pet’s ashes to your home or veterinary clinic within our service area.

‍Mini Size (up to 3 kg): Suitable for small pets, such as hamsters, rabbits, or very small dogs and cats.
‍Medium Size (up to 20 kg): Ideal for most cats and small-to-medium dogs, we also refer to lap size.
‍Large Size (up to 50 kg): For larger breeds and more robust pets.If your pet is larger than 50 kg, we are happy to discuss custom arrangements.

‍Step 2: Upgrade if Desired
‍While our basic cremation package comes with the exclusive Mary Valley Pet Cremation presentation and stowage box and the scatter tube, we also offer a range of urn upgrades to better reflect your pet’s unique personality and your preferences. You can choose from locally handmade solid wooden photo boxes or brass urns to create a more personalised memorial for your pet.

‍Step 3: Secure Payment
‍Once you’ve selected the appropriate cremation package and any urn upgrades, the next step is to secure payment. We offer a straightforward and transparent pricing structure, ensuring you know exactly what to expect without any hidden costs.

Gentle Farewell at Home

When you have made the gentle farewell appointment with your mobile vet, please share the appointment with us. We can assure you that we will reserve the time especially for you and will be waiting outside until you feel it's the right time and you want us to come and enter your property.

When we arrive at your home, you can introduce us to your pet silently or while sharing stories about your beloved companion. We stay as long as you need, and we don’t leave until you are ready. This process has offered great comfort and ensured that it was as peaceful and respectful as possible for everyone involved.

Premium Vet Clinic Collect

On request, we offer to meet and greet you at the vet clinic before the procedure begins. We certainly will take the time to answer all your questions and take notes on all your wishes and requirements. We will wait, and when you wish us to come in, we will wait for you to pass on his or her body into our care.

This premium Vet clinic collection service ensures you don't leave your loved one behind. You can entrust us personally with the aftercare of your loved one and see us leaving for our crematorium.
