‍Gentle Farewell at Home
‍When you have made the gentle farewell appointment with your mobile vet, please share the appointment with us. We can assure you that we will reserve the time especially for you and will be waiting outside until you feel it's the right time and you want us to come and enter your property.
When we arrive at your home, you can introduce us to your pet silently or while sharing stories about your beloved companion. We stay as long as you need, and we don’t leave until you are ready. This process has offered great comfort and ensured that it was as peaceful and respectful as possible for everyone involved.

‍Premium Vet Clinic Collect
‍On request, we offer to meet and greet you at the vet clinic before the procedure begins. We certainly will take the time to answer all your questions and take notes on all your wishes and requirements. We will wait, and when you wish us to come in, we will wait for you to pass on his or her body into our care.This premium Vet clinic collection service ensures you don't leave your loved one behind. You can entrust us personally with the aftercare of your loved one and see us leaving for our crematorium.Home Collection and Premium Pet Collection Services are available in Gympie and Noosa Shire and come at an additional cost, please see map

When you choose our cat cremation service, you can expect a comprehensive package that includes everything you need to say goodbye with respect and love. Our basic package includes:
  • Collection from your home or veterinary clinic
  • Individual cremation – ensuring that only your cat’s ashes are returned to you
  • Our exclusive Mary Valley Pet Cremation presentation and stowage box with Scatter tube for your cat’s ashes
  • Return of the ashes to your vet clinic
  • A cremation certificate, complete with your cat’s paw print
  • A lock of fur and name tag, and additional ink paw print on 6x4 photo paper in high definition
  • One free memorial page on our website to celebrate your cat’s life
For those who wish to create a more personalised tribute, we also offer an elegant cat cremation brass urn, which can accommodate any cat size.

How Our Cat Cremation Service Works

Our process is simple and designed to support you through this difficult time with care and compassion.

Step 1: Choose a Cremation Package and Urn Option

We offer three different cremation package sizes, depending on the size of your cat:

Mini (up to 3 kg) – For smaller cats and kittens.

Medium (up to 20 kg) – Ideal for most cats of average size.

Large (up to 50 kg) – For larger or more robust cats.

Once you’ve selected the right cremation package for your cat, you can decide whether you’d like to upgrade to our beautiful wooden or brass urns to create a more personal and lasting memorial.

Step 2: Schedule the Collection

When the time is right, contact us to schedule your pet's collection. We will come to your home or vet clinic at a time that suits you. If you’d like, you can introduce us to your pet, share their story, or take a few moments in silence. We are here to respect your wishes, and we will stay as long as you need during this difficult moment.

Our collection process is handled with the utmost care and respect, ensuring your pet’s dignity is preserved.

Step 3: Return of Ashes and Memorialisation

After the individual cremation, we return your cat’s ashes in either the standard box or the urn you have selected. Additionally, you will receive a cremation certificate, paw print, lock of fur, and a name tag as keepsakes to remember your beloved cat. For those who wish to create a lasting tribute, we offer a free memorial page on our website where you can share memories, stories, and photos of your cat.
